Se ha celebrado el 16 de junio en Alicante, ha estado dedicado a los \u00abderechos de los oc\u00e9anos\u00bb y ha contado con destacadas expertas y expertos en el tema, entre ellas <a href=\"https:\/\/theecologist.org\/profile\/mumta-ito\">Mumta Ito<\/a>, fundadora de la ONG<\/em> <em>Nature\u2019s Rights; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/meps\/en\/97236\/MARIE_TOUSSAINT\/home\">Marie Toussaint<\/a>, miembro del grupo verde del Parlamento Europeo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eesc.europa.eu\/en\/news-media\/videos\/cilian-lohan-eesc-vice-president-charge-communication\">Cillian Lohan<\/a>, vicepresidente de comunicaciones del Comit\u00e9 Econ\u00f3mico Social Europeo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/ministerio\/funciones-estructura\/organigrama\/Ministra-MITECO.aspx\">Teresa Ribera<\/a>, vicepresidenta del gobierno espa\u00f1ol y ministra para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico; y <a href=\"https:\/\/dialnet.unirioja.es\/servlet\/autor?codigo=51912\">Teresa Vicente<\/a>, profesora de Filosof\u00eda del Derecho de la Universidad, directora de la C\u00e1tedra de Derechos Humanos y Derechos de la Naturaleza, y miembro del grupo promotor de la Iniciativa Legislativa Popular para dotar de personalidad jur\u00eddica al Mar Menor, primera iniciativa de este tipo que se plantea en Europa.
