How are social scientists responding?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <em>The Current Moment: Perspectives from the Social Sciences and Humanities<\/em>,\n 11 professors from The New School for Social Research share their own \nin-depth analyses on how a variety of contemporary social, political, \neconomic, cultural and ethical problems have been amplified by the \npandemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The talk series runs from May 21 through June 29,  12:00-1:00 p.m. EDT, on Zoom. Each of the 11 sessions lasts one hour: 30  minutes for a presentation followed by 30 minutes for discussion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This talk series is open to all. Participants  must register for each session individually to receive the  Zoom link.
